Traveling to Winter Harbor Maine with a camper and we had a questionable tire. Complete tire service was polite from the first phone call and fit us in to replace our tire ! I Can’t thank them enough for their expertise and tire replacement !
Been to these a folks few times now. I started going because late one afternoon they were the ONLY people I could find in Ellsworth who would fit me in to repair a puncture I had. Then I started buying tires there and now they are my first choice for all my tire needs. A family run business, everyone is very personable and nothing is a big deal.
I had a trailer tire blow out on my horse trailer/camper traveling to acadia national park.on the highway from Massachusetts and stoped in due to there great ratings in customer service.he replaced my tire for me when i brought it in a few days later and had the tire in stock and had 3 others also in stock.and made an appontment to.replace them.all. on my way home.je jad some.one come.out as soon as i.pulled in(with my horse in the trailer)and was met instantly and they replaced all.my tires in less than an hour and had me back on my way..the service was exceptional and did quality work.everyone so nice.it.was.nice to be traveling and finding such a caring professional splace to help.me out they were very busey bit made time and jad his cree ready for.me.to.come in with my.horse in the camper and take care.of me so.quickly.thays why i like going to.the small.indepetly owned business.he jad the tirrs in stock and the price was not expensive jis prices are as low as any big box store
We found a nail in a tire before leaving Bar Harbor to drive back home to Va. No one else had time to help but Complete tire service said they would take a look and when we got there, a very nice young man took off the tire, located the nail and removed it, and plugged the tire, and re-inflated to put it back on our car. Really quick and so professional!! So relieved! Great customer service can be found at this business! Come to find out, our tech is from VA. :) We recommend this business for tire service!
Traveling out of state. Had problems with Michelin tires losing air. Stopped at several places to just look at tire. This was only place that took the time, 20 min, to check them for us. Very pleasant person helping us and did excellent job and sent us on our way ..5 stars for service.
